The safety and well-being of children and youth is of utmost importance to us. For that reason we must have the Release Forms (see forms below) on file for each young person in our programs. To enroll your son or daughter in our Sunday School classes or other programs please print the following forms, fill in the requested information, and bring or mail them to the church office.
