One of the essential elements of life at RPC is reaching out to vulnerable people in the community. Every month items are collected for various groups that help people in need such as Meals on Wheels, Ronald McDonald House, and WestAid Food Pantry. Each quarter church members will be given an opportunity to do a hands-on service project for an organization like Tarrant Area Food Bank.
Intergenerational activities are important to the church’s outreach. Members of all ages have packed meals for Kids Against Hunger, made sandwiches for Presbyterian Night Shelter, created meal sacks to feed hungry animals for Don’t Forget to Feed Me, painted bowls for the Empty Bowl Project and sing hymns to our homebound members the first Sunday of each month through our CAREoling ministry. Come and join the body of Christ at RPC in making many lives better!
